I would like to recognize Vince A. He was so helpful answer all my question help me bring my stuff to the vehicle. I been to a lot of AutoZone that associates are not helpful and look like they don’t like working there but Vince was one of the best and solve my issues when I already had gone two different store and got denied. LUCAS IS THE BEST I went into autozone with some issues on my car that I wasn’t 100% sure the issue, Lucas was very helpful, helped me diagnose my car. Check for any engine issues and replaced my battery in the freezing cold, Lucas not only helped me save money with good suggestions but stress and time, he was more than a simple worker. workers like Lucas deserved to be praised and rewarded for their customer service. Because of Lucas I will be returning and continuing to support my local auto zone

Jose G. Was so kind and helpful. He assisted me in checking my trans fluid and walked me through it and he also ran codes on my car and provided me with a print out. He then referred me to one of the best auto repair places here in Crystal Lake Illinois. Nano auto repair on Pyott rd. When the estimate was so high that I burst into tears and told the owner my personal situation in life at this time he worked with auto zone to get the cost of parts way down for me. He also deducted labor fees to make my payment hundreds of dollars cheaper. Thank you auto zone for working with Nano and making my car repair affordable. Your sales people were all very polite and helpful when I came to your store last week. I will definitely recommend your store to others. And also will recommend Nano.
