We always take our battery back-ups to Batteries Plus to have the batteries replaced. We've always experienced fast, friendly service at a great price. Plus, I don't have to change the batteries out myself, so that's a plus, and I've always had help bringing the back-ups back out to my car.

Very Helpful !! I had a phone that would not charge if you touched it when it was charging, took it to Xfinity where I bought it from & they said the charging port looks clean so I could buy a new phone or take it to Battery Plus and see if they could fix the charging port. Took it to Battery Plus and the person behind the counter said give me a minute and took it in back and come out 2 min later and said fixed !! I was like what ! He said he did not know what Xfinity was talking about but the charging port was very dirty and he just cleaned it and and now it works beautiful :) Thank you

I just got a refurbished iPhone 11 Last Saturday, and as soon as I turned it on it said the battery wasn’t recognized by the phone which has never happened before with my refurbished phones. The phone worked fine until yesterday it randomly shut off at 2am while I was at work and it wouldn’t turn on again properly no matter how much I charged it.
I looked for battery replacement near me and found this place— it was between them and Best Buy but they had better reviews and deservedly so!! I made an appointment for 8:30 am so I could drop it off after I got off work, and I was one of the first ones in the store. Cullen helped me, and the manager (I forgot his name but he was great!!) said it would be a couple hours before I’d get it back and he’d call when it was finished.
I had a dentist appointment that took longer than expected but once I finished I saw the call from the manager and went to pick up my phone. They gave me a $10 off coupon so it was less than $100, and he gave my phone back to me with a new battery without a scratch!!
Will definitely come here and recommend others to come here as I was very pleased with my service! Writing this on my perfectly working phone now! Much Thanks to the staff at batteries plus!!

I called and talked to the owner at this franchise the same week as McHenry County was having a recycling drive in Woodstock, IL. The recycling drive was advertising $.50/ 4 foot fluorescent tube and the owner had quoted me $.13/ft on the phone. Therefore, I figured I would save money overall by not driving to Woodstock, IL recycling center, but stay local in Crystal Lake. As he was with a customer outside with a truck battery problem, I hauled all of my my fluorescent tubes into the store and then waited for him to get finished with his other customer. When he finally had time for me, he did not charge me $.13 per foot, but said the company had changed its policy and was now $.29 per foot. Therefore it cost me over twice as much to deal with him. I will never come back to his store as I had also had a negative experience with him, previously.

I frequent Batteries Plus for my battery needs, be it a battery for my Car FOB or a golf car battery for my Camper. I not only like the product selections, but I appreciate the personal attention and expertise of the store associates.

Cracked samsung s23 ultra screen and I walked in and they were able to fix the front screen within 3 hours no problem and it looks like new. They do a excellent job. Quick and easy at a good price.

I took an iphone11 in with an unresponsive touch screen. I had looked at replacing it but that was $300+ for a refub. BP fixed it for less than half that! The service was quick too. I got the callback that it was finished within an hour.
