“the crystal lake location did an amazing job with helping me out & accommodated all my needs!
there was a last minute cancellation at the algonquin location so customer service changed my booking to the Crystal Lake location. i was very annoyed at first due to me running around on a holiday weekend. but the moment i stepped foot in crystal lake’s location i was greeted instantly, & helped out quickly. even though i was booked for another car i didn’t feel the safest in that car due to my child also being in the car. with no hesitation he gave me other options & even after saying yes i changed my mind when i was told they had a jeep rubicon! with no hesitation i asked if i could drive the jeep & he got it all figured out so i was able to! when dropping the jeep back off i again had zero issues , they fixed the one (not car related) issue i had with no hesitation!! i want to thank all the guys who helped me & fixed whatever issues i had! you guys did an amazing job & i will keep on getting my car rentals at your location!”
