Great customer service. I was trying to locate the store where my father got his lift chair. Talked to both Mary and Kim. And although my father did not purchase his chair there, they went out of their way to try to trouble shoot the problem with me. (His chair froze in upright position) they also talked with my elderly father who was very upset and they were very kind and patient. Thank you, Mary and Kim!!!

Our experience at Crystal Lake Furniture was beyond exceptional. The first time we walked in we thought we would be just talking a quick look around. We were greeted by Mari and were so impressed with her knowledge of all the lines they carrry and she helped us select the right styles and colors that compliment our room. On top of that she gave us a great price that worked with our budget. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend using them for all of your home furnishings; we know we will go back the next time we need furniture!

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at Crystal Lake Furniture with Mari. We had been searching for the perfect sectional to fit our basement, she helped us come up with a design and fabric that would fit our space and lifestyle best! We are blown away by the amazing customer service and communication. We will definitely be back for all of our future furniture needs!

My wife and I have been shopping around for a couch for our basement. We looked at multiple stores and finally stopped in at Crystal lake furniture. Right when we walked in we were met by Mari, asked us questions and what we wanted and worked from there to get us exactly what we wanted. From the customer service to quality of the product and the amazing pricing I highly Reccomend. Will be back for more furniture for our home!

The store is definitely a hidden gem! Wonderful selection of furniture with great prices. It was such a pleasure working with Mari! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and kindly answered all of my many questions.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a living room set (sofa, love seat, and chair) on 11/18 paid in full that day in store. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my parents. I was told they would be delivered to their home in two weeks . On Dec 5th I received a message stating that our order had been backed up. Christmas passed and still no living room. Then they told us they would arrive a week after New Years, surprise New Years passed and still no living room. On 1/11 I received a phone call and was told they could deliver the sofa and love seat but not the chair because it had not arrived yet. Then had the audacity to ask me if I had a vehicle to pick up the chair myself mind you I paid $150 delivery fee. I told them no by this time I couldn't even believe it had been 2 months and still no living room that had been paid for in full. If you don't have furniture in stock why sell it, why take peoples money? On 1/12 the living room set was finally delivered to my parents house at 8pm. I will never shop here again and wanted to share my experience so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Just got a new couch from here and I absolutely love it. A lot of options to choose from and great pricing. If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg I would highly recommend coming here for your next furniture purchase. Not to mention our sales representative was great and helped us load it into the car.

I visit this store several times as I was making the decision to purchase a new couch for my family. It is very organized and my sales person was very patient and honest with me. I highly recommend them for custom furniture. Everything I saw in their store appeared to be great quality and prices were very fair. I can’t wait to get my new couch soon!

Mari was great, we ordered love seat, chair and table, very knowledgeable regarding quality of fabric based on our use and matching design of fabrics. Highly recommend. Furniture made in the USA!

We had a fantastic experience shopping with the help of Kim and Mari. They went the extra mile to help us find exactly the right furniture and type of cushions for our new couch. Delivery was exactly as promised for our custom order. I wish we could give more than 5 stars and highly recommend shopping at Crystal Lake Furniture!
