No customers in the store but when I waved at an associate for assistance he just WAVED BACK! Very funny. He seemed to have a problem assisting us so we left. I'll order online from now on.

24 people standing in line and only 2 inexperienced cashiers....on a week day! Employees uncooperative difficult to find help and many sloppy overweight men working there who know less than the customers! Crowded, hot, dirty, and overall a place for teenagers to work regardless of experience . If you buy something they push warranties on you like crazy ...sadly few electronic places to shop

Since most people have gone online for a lot of shopping, this place was pretty quiet and at the same time the crew working the place was very helpful and personable in helping with whatever I was looking for in electronics or otherwise.

I like Best Buy but I have trouble with the new way of shopping. I guess if I need assistance, I was supposed to check in and wait. I knew what I wanted, but it was locked up, and the employee told me I had to wait for my turn. She was standing where the product was, and she had the key, and she wasn't waiting on anyone. I was able to convince her to get the product for me. So make sure you stop at the front and tell them all the info so you get added to the list.
