I received a $50 coupon for signing up for a Target credit card. I thought it expired at the end of the month but it was 4 days prior. The manager did an override of the expiration and let me use it. Big thanks

Awful customer service and they do not enforce their mask policy when inside. I saw an employee helping a family of four that had their masks down (3 around their chins) - the employee said nothing. The manager there stated that he cannot control how his employees enforce the policies ... hmmm. That's a really unaccountable statement for a manager to make.

was walking around with my 13 year old niece when we noticed someone following us. The security guard made us feel so uncomfortable and it scared my niece to have a grown a** man following us around the whole store. we went to the checkout line and there he was once again watching us. AFTER we paid we were stopped so they can check our things. We felt extremely uncomfortable and felt like he was following us because we were both females instead of looking for actual people shoplifting. It was creepy and we both did not feel safe I talked to the manager and she apologize but i feel some action needs to be taken towards that man

This experience was one of the most difficult situations that could have been rectified so easily. I bought a loaf of Market Pantry white bread and to my dismay it had live and dead flies in it. When returning it to the Crystal Lake Target which is 20 minutes out of my way I was sadly disappointed. All they did was acknowledge that there were flies and they could see them and return the $1.38 to my Target card in which I had the receipt. I asked for a name brand bread and they told me I'd have to pay for the difference which was not right. I then asked for cash so I could purchase bread at a different grocery store which was also denied. They also told me there would be no further compensation for my troubles and this incident or the fact I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to try and rectify this situation. I usually don't buy groceries from Target because I don't live in Crystal Lake but I was with my Mom and she lives there so I happened to pick up a few items. I will not be doing business with Target in the future. I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else and that Target steps up there game when it comes to special circumstances like these.

Hiring process was so unprofessional. Was kept waiting for over 20 minutes, interview went well, was told to come back for 2nd interview. Arrived for 2nd interview met with a manager name Chris . He had no clue that I had already met with someone and he proceeded to tell me that position was already filled on the day I went in for my first interview. In the interview it was stress to me how much Target value their customers, I guess the don't value a potential employee. Will never shop there again.

If you go to this target make sure you save your receipt. I purchased three jumpers 12-month size the cost with 799 each. I needed to exchange them a week later for an 18 months they were also 799 each should not have had any problem. Without the receipt the woman told me I could give 799 back for both of the jumpers but the third jumper I could only get 2.59 back. She stated that they do have to restock them so they were going to charge me $5 stocking fee. I've never heard of this before especially at Target next time I will donate the clothes.

Was just delighted with the service I received. I came in looking for an ice cream maker attachment and two store employees tried to help me find it. when it couldn't be located I started to leave but they kept looking and found it before I left the parking lot! I truly appreciate it they're going above and beyond to help me.

Horrible experience with drive up the past two times. Two weeks ago I did the drive up option, only ordering like five items by the time I got home I realized that three of my items were not even in the bag. Today I ordered my pick up at 8:42. I ordered a total of 10 items, not complicated at all. By 11 o'clock I figured my order should be ready since they promised the order to be ready within two hours. I have a two-month-old baby who needs to be fed every couple hours so I planned leaving my house to run errands right after she was fed assuming That my target order would be ready for pick up as promised. I log onto my app and noticed that at 11 o'clock it is still not ready for pick up. At 11:30 I called the store and spoke to guest services worker Cameron (he told me he was in training so I'll cut him some slack) who told me that they were still gathering items for my order. At this point it's been three hours, for 10 items that is absolutely ridiculous. The employee them promised that it would be ready for Pick up in another 15 to 30 minutes. At that point I can go in the store and buy the items myself, but the whole point of drive up as to avoid going in the store. Another 45 minutes goes by and my app still shows that the order is not ready, I called again and spoke to the same employee and I told him that I want to cancel the order because at this point I cannot wait any longer as I have a crying baby in the car and need to go home. He told me that he could not cancel the order until it was brought up to the front of the store when it was ready. He said that he will cancel it as soon as it is. An hour later I check my app and it is still not ready for pick up and I still cannot cancel it on my own. After being so frustrated with this experience I will never go to target again and I'm canceling my red card. There is no excuse for an order that has 10 items to take almost 5 hours. Somebody messed up and couldn't admit it. I ended up calling the corporate number and they cancelled the order for me. No apology from the worker on the phone because he didn't seem to even realize how big of an inconvenience this was. Instead he told me to have a nice day, that ship has sailed buddy.

Everyone I go to the Target on 14 in Crystal lake the resturant is closed. It said it closes at 5 put it was only 2. There is never enough registers open either. It is sad to say it is going down hill. I rather go to a different Target.

Their competition has a way better experience, ie Best Buy Mobile. The rep at Target was not very knowledgeable on the deals going on and the phone selection is horrifically limited. Won't be able to get a premium phone unless it's either Samsung or Apple.

Well won't be back only open registers are self check out as I understand it maybe an easy way for people to check out the issue is still taking jobs away and human interaction why why why I'm sorry I will never understand how these self check outs make it better. Yes some people are in a hurry and don't want to be bother but that isn't everyone but hey keep listening to your so called marketing team in how people want to. E treated! Not a fan
