We had to replace the shower pan in our primary bathroom 1 year after it was built due to the builder installing it incorrectly. When the builder would not agree to fix it to our satisfaction we decided to call Diamond Bath. We were also unhappy with the quality of the tile work and tub that the builder had done. We ended up having Diamond bath not only fixed our shower pan but also retile the shower, replace the separate tub and take down the wall between the two. We are thrilled with the how the bathroom looks now and could not have asked for a better experience.
Jim was able to give me a several different options on how we could proceed since we hadn’t planned on remodeling a brand-new bathroom. I greatly appreciated Jim’s expertise, ideas, and honesty. His communication with us throughout the project was great.
We met with the designer, Melissa who made suggestions that I would not have thought of on my own and steered us in the right direction to achieve the look we wanted. Bob and crew were always here when they said they would be and worked efficiently. They cleaned up before they left every day, so I never felt like I was living in a construction site. The quality of the work was excellent and we could not be happier with how it turned out.
Our experience with Diamond bath could not have been better. We now have an amazing bathroom that makes me happy ever time I see it. Everyone we worked with made the experience painless and I can not recommend them enough.

We highly recommend Diamond Bath. They transformed our tired master bathroom into a room one would see in a magazine. The entire staff was great. Owners, Jim and Jen were very helpful throughout the process. Melissa guided us through the process of selecting the various materials, fixtures, colors, etc . The demolition and installation were performed by Rick and Bob. Rick and Bob are true craftsmen who take pride in their work. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They also kept the work area clean. If you are considering remodeling your bathroom, you can be confident that Diamond Bath will do an outstanding job.

Awesome customer service!!
I had an issue with a bathroom fan they installed 2 years ago and the tub stopper that would not pop up. They came back with 2 guys and replaced / fixed everything at no charge after 2 years. They did a great job on the bathroom remodel to begin with but things ware out over time. I was sure they would charge me but No Charge!!
I Highly recommend Diamond Bath!!!

We are super pleased with our new custom master bath. The whole process, from Melissa's designs, Rick & Bob's remodeling work was outstanding. By far the best experience we've had in one of our several construction projects over the years! Top notch remodeler of bath rooms. Everything associated with this project was professionally done. Really appreciated the help in choosing the materials used. We needed to match a cabinet which was several years old, Melissa found one pretty darn close , the shade was spot on. Also she found a cabinet that had laundry bins, which I requested. Highly recommended for your next project. Everyone and I mean everyone is so easy to speak to and help you see your dream come true. Thank You Diamond Bath!

Diamond Bath was outstanding from start to finish. Never having done a complete remodel of a bathroom, and being a little nervous about picking out the wrong combinations, the staff was most helpful in getting the right products, colors and finishes. Everything turned out better than my expectations. All were professional, friendly, timely and kept us well informed. Everything was cleaned up every night - couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend Diamond Bath.

Diamond Bath knows how to do it right! From the design to the install, everything was flawless! Carrie helped us pick out the perfect design according to our tastes, and Todd put it all together so beautifully! And Jim and Jen (owners) and Bob (production coordinator) were fantastic throughout! From the day I called Jen at Diamond bath to set up an appointment until the day of final inspection things went perfectly. You couldn't ask for more professionalism from a contractor. They kept us informed on all phases of the project. The communication was topnotch. The team answered all concerns and questions immediately, no matter what day it was. Very impressive! Melissa and Bob came out and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. They both gave ideas on things to do with our bath remodel. When we went to their showroom, we were welcomed from everyone. Melissa made it easy showing us all that was available for our choices. When work was going to start Bob, Ed and Melissa came out the day before to let us know the details of the remodel. The next day Ed started and was great at everything. His quality of work is excellent. Every day he kept things clean and orderly in both our bath and garage that was used for storing items. He let us know the plans for that day and the next. I also want to thank Charlie who installed the tile. Not only is he great at his trade, but he was also very professional and great to talk with. The plumbers and shower door installers were the same. I apologize I do not remember their names.We could not be happier with our new bathroom, the quality and options we received for the price is exceptional.I want to thank everyone at Diamond Bath for making it such a pleasurable experience and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.Services: Remodeling

We had a great experience with Diamond Bath from start to finish. Carrie was wonderful and designed our beautiful hall bathroom. Both Carrie and Jen were so nice and kept us informed of the process every step of the way so we knew what to expect. Rick, who did the demo and installation, was awesome, so nice and professional and created the perfect bathroom, not a single defect or problem! We are so happy with the result and are looking forward to having them work on our master bath. Thank you!!!

This company is the fantastic! Jim , Jen and their entire team are the absolute best and really go out of their way to help you ! Not only did we have a bathroom redone by them a few months back that in which the installers did an amazing job but we recently had a tub leak in another bathroom that was going through the downstairs ceiling and when I called them, Jim came out the same day to take a look at it for us and had Jen put us on the books to get a repair done very quickly by their team even though they were really busy. This is a great company who does first class work with fantastic owners and great crews who really go out of their way to help you ! I highly recommend them to everyone !

So professional! The communication from them is impeccable! You can contact them about anything at anytime of day and you will get a quick response. Any minor issues/questions that came up were solved immediately. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. They take pride in their work and work hard on everything, nothing is rushed. We are beyond happy with how both bathroom remodels turned out. We will be using them again for the 3rd!

We used Diamond Bath to completely remodel our master bath in 2020 and then our hall bath in 2021. The team at Diamond Bath is top notch and so is their work. We're very happy with our experience and the finished product. We felt zero pressure during the sales process with Carrie. Matt handled both of our projects, and we can't say enough positive things about him and his work. From demolition day to the final walk-through, the space was kept clean and tidy. It is hard to describe the great experience with EVERY member we encountered on the Diamond Bath team! Over the last few months we had them update/ remodel our powder, full hall bath and master bath - it has been such a pleasure working with everyone. First of all, the bathrooms are beautiful - it is obvious that there is a lot of talent and experience on this team. Doing all 3 rooms, we really had to stay on budget, and we appreciated everyone's respect for that. Melissa and Jim were so helpful from the start as we worked with plans and designs - especially when we really had no idea where to start in our master (what a transformation!). Bob, JR and Matt really brought all the talent and craftsmanship to the job. Friendly guys who gave us some practical advice and ideas too. Plus they never seemed to mind our big chocolate lab waiting at the door either. We had a small change to make at the end of our master bath project and Jen was super helpful to get things coordinated with Jim and the guys.
