Worst management!!! I will say, there are a few cashiers who def work hard (Sue I think is one), but there is always 2-3 managers/employees in the office, with ONE cashier. There is always a line down the aisle to check out. Every single time.

As a customer that goes to location frequently the store is usually well organized but the staff is horrible that works their they are normally very judgmental of the quality of your bills and will make remakes on items your purchasing. As someone who works in retail I would never comment on a customer’s quality of bills if it’s Not 100% flat or has a folder two in it. And I do understand how annoying it is as a person who does work in retail when a customer does give you a bill if it’s crinkled up into a ball. But I have never given them my money like that and they always make such a big deal about it just because it’s not in perfect condition like it just came from the bank or an ATM machine. I also personally know that they do not clean properly at that location as someone who has lost an item there the staff are no help whatsoever in finding it because they don’t clean under any of the aisles near the register as someone who was looking under there for the item that I lost at checkout, I saw a bunch of garbage and other items that could have fallen off within those display shelves within the register aisles. And in regards in when I lost that item when I called back a few hours later asking if they had found it. the person on the phone was really dismissive and rude to me the whole time and literally just said to me. I’m on the register right now there’s nothing for me to do It wasn’t like I was asking her to go start looking for a certain item or anything. I was just simply asking a simple question if they have found it and that was the response I got. I personally feel everyone in that location needs to take a course or a video needs to be sent or someone higher up really needs to explain to them the proper ways of how to have customer service because there is a lot of older women who work there and clearly it seems like the age and the wisdom that they have isn’t helping them with their customer service whatsoever or the experience of coming to this location and sometimes I dread going and regret that this is the closest Dollar tree in my location.

Again, if I could give three and a half stairs I would a lot of times you get to the cash register and there's only one open with a long line stretching down the aisle.

I come here a lot, never had a coworker just hate her job. Her name is Christine, blonde straight hair. She was on her phone as i proceeded to put things on the to pay. I was ready and she seemed to be very bothered and upset to put her phone down to cash me out. Not even a hello? I was ready to pay, she told me my total and gave me my receipt and not even a thank you ? I said thank you as I was walking out. Send her home so she's happy.

This store is the worst in the area. It's filthy inside and disorganized. The employees are terrible except for Nancy and Pat at the front end. I've witnessed the manager Kathy yell at another customer about a gift card and Savanah turn people away from her register with large orders. The employee Jamie even steals from other coworkers and the manager obviously plays favorites. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dollar Tree by Home Depot in Crystal Lake. Much friendlier employees and cleaner store.

I went in for a couple things with my daughter. I couldn't find certain party items so I asked the cashier and she gave me such attitude and said everything they had was out and waved me away. I found a girl stocking shelves and she walked me over and personally helped me. I asked her name and she said Savannah. When I went to purchase my items I got the crabby cashier's name which was Nancy. (Who was still rude.) Friendlier people should be put up front!!

Worst customer service on the planet. Stay away from this particular store. The supervisor Jamie steals from other coworkers and Savannah never helps anyone with her constant attitude. The manager plays favorites with her staff. No one cares about helping the customer except Nancy at the front cashier station. I will go to the other Dollar Tree by Home Depot from now on. It's much cleaner and their employees care about their customers. I've witnessed the manager even yell at a customer. Very poor customer service and employees!!!
