If I could give zero I would. In one day- I had 2 issues. I came in asking about help printing 16x20 documents That I had saved on my online account. I was told "it doesn't work that way I can't help you you have to do it online". Once I left the establishment and did figure out how to order I came back at 2:30pm which is the time I was given in the email and was told it will be another 30 minutes. No apology was given. Very poor customer service. There were also at least 5 employees that I could see behind the counter- yet only 2 were assisting customers.

Excellent experience! I had to overnight some very important documents, and the process was smooth and pleasant. Michelle was lovely and professional. I will use them for all my shipping needs.
