I came here on Monday, July 28th at 6:20pm to return/exchange some items, and the two employees working were the absolute best. The lady who assisted me was friendly, informative, and helped me through the process because I have never returned something before [through FEDEX]. And I'll tell you what, I would actually return things more often if I knew how easy it was!! LOL

Honestly this team is always so helpful and supportive - we’ve had large complex furniture returns here and have had custom event prints done here and they are always so so helpful. Definitely not always my experience at other places! This is my go to!

I would like to publicly recognize an employee named Ty. There are some people who are simply made for customer service and she is one them.
I stopped in to have a fairly simple print job, and my child was not acting out, but just slightly impatient and having a hard time focusing. She could tell that he needed a distraction and what she did next was top level.
She grabbed a simple piece of bubble wrap for him and solved all the problems of the world. And to that, not a soul in the store cared that my child was stomping the daylights out of these bubbles. In fact, I think it brought some smiles and laughter to everyone that was much needed.
Thank you Ty for paying attention enough to my son and making me feel like I have a tribe. As a mother, that is an awesome feeling.
Oh! My print job… perfect as always! I own a small home bakery and use this location for all of my print needs. I’m sure you can see why!

I love using the Crystal Lake FedEx Print shop for all of our party invitations. They have the best prices and they are SO incredibly fast. They call when they are done and the website makes uploading my designs super easy. Today I placed an order online for invites at lunch and got the call to pick them up less than 2 hours later (almost a day before the estimated pickup time). The staff inside when I do the pickup are always friendly and professional too!

This is by far the best fedex print I have ever been to!!! The kind woman named Tu who helped me with my complex project (involving a poster board, flyers, programs, and videos) was so amazing and patient and helpful. Everyone who came in and out of that store was so thrilled with the projects they picked up there and the environment was always so positive. Go here for all of your project needs — they are the BEST! (Especially Tu!!)

Multiple times I have had the pleasurable to have Alice assist me with my shipping needs. She’s a fantastic customer representative!
Today 5/21/24 I was helped by Dan, trainee, and he was also phenomenal! Professional, knowledgeable , efficient and personable. I ALWAYS choose to go to FedEx in Crystal Lake instead of USPS for safe, cost effective delivery of my packages.

Though the packaging is cheap, beware if you have the big girl with glasses do it. If you send return labels with the shipment you want them to send but show the one intended for use, they will intentionally take the return label out and use that instead. At least I have a box to use to send the stuff out. They thrive on the Grey area. Watch the package get packed then give it a once over before letting them send it

The staff here was really kind besides the gentleman with the red hair. He was condescending and a bit rude. I came in to see my order and I ordered cardstock, but I apparently didn't understand how the poundage worked. I ordered the wrong one. I was going to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but the other worker was kind enough to reprint it for me which was so kind considering it was my error. I felt bad them wasting it. The red headed gentleman just lacked tack. He was curt and talked down to me. A little kindness in your tone goes a long way.
