Though the packaging is cheap, beware if you have the big girl with glasses do it. If you send return labels with the shipment you want them to send but show the one intended for use, they will intentionally take the return label out and use that instead. At least I have a box to use to send the stuff out. They thrive on the Grey area. Watch the package get packed then give it a once over before letting them send it

The staff here was really kind besides the gentleman with the red hair. He was condescending and a bit rude. I came in to see my order and I ordered cardstock, but I apparently didn't understand how the poundage worked. I ordered the wrong one. I was going to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but the other worker was kind enough to reprint it for me which was so kind considering it was my error. I felt bad them wasting it. The red headed gentleman just lacked tack. He was curt and talked down to me. A little kindness in your tone goes a long way.

Overall good service. I pick up blueprints from here once every few weeks and most of the time it takes forever to find my order. A little more organization and prompt service would bump this up to 5 stars.

Michelle is absolutely incredible, and helped my clueless self with all of my printing and faxing needs, and was so patient and and kind despite my total ignorance with technology! I would definitely recommend coming here for friendly faces and quick service! Thanks for everything, Michelle!

If I could give zero I would. In one day- I had 2 issues. I came in asking about help printing 16x20 documents That I had saved on my online account. I was told "it doesn't work that way I can't help you you have to do it online". Once I left the establishment and did figure out how to order I came back at 2:30pm which is the time I was given in the email and was told it will be another 30 minutes. No apology was given. Very poor customer service. There were also at least 5 employees that I could see behind the counter- yet only 2 were assisting customers.

Went in to ship two items totaling 46 pounds from Crystal Lake to Scottsdale. Need them there in 6 days... Didn't need overnight, 2nd day Air or anything. Insured the items for $4000. Now I was expecting maybe $200 because they were big boxes and I did go online to get an estimated shipping cost and everything.I was told it would cost me almost $900 to guarantee them there in 6 days. $900!?!?? My flight cost me $120 for round trip.Left, went to UPS, and it was less than half that amount to ship them round trip!I'll never use FedEx again.

Shannon Manager. Should be replaced for fraud waste and abuse. We spent over 1 hour rebuking over how to get her location to print the label. The final straw was after she stated" she could scan the bar code from my phone and then print the label. Then once inside she then changed her mind." I watched as selling of candy was prioritized rover tending to customers. Excuse after excuse of why 3 employees couldn't give me the free box's to return the Google products. Then attempted to blame google. It's ok we'll just tell Google to ship from UPS.
