The cleanliness of this store has gone down. Particularly the whole coffee bean holders. I don't think they have been cleaned since the store opened. And the beans labeled are somehow not what the label says. The coffee is expensive and for all this too be happening is wrong. It used to be a great feature of the store and the only thing that had our family going at least once a week. I hope that the Management rectify this issue ASAP.

I shop here all the time! It’s my favorite grocery store. It’s a little expensive but I love that’s it’s smaller so it’s easier to navigate and the selection is good.

I had small issues on the store related to receipt and cashier that get mishandled ,
I reached out to store manager and I met Trisha and she was great the way she listened understand my experience in the store .
Clean store , cool items , little pricy but it’s worth to come again and support them by buying from them here and there .

Just got food poisoning again yesterday from chicken from the Crystal Lake Fresh Thyme store. This is the third time now. The expiration dates on the meat are good and pretty far out from the date I purchased it but somehow the meat is spoiled. I’ve missed work and other important things due to being violently ill from their chicken. Someone else wrote a review stating they had purchased meat, milk, and yogurt, all with advanced expiration dates, yet when they got home and attempted to eat those things, they realized the food was spoiled. This is an issue with this store and however they are handling perishable foods. Groceries are expensive and I’ve wasted so much money shopping here. I’m absolutely done, good riddance. Fresh Thyme is hardly fresh.

I have been going here since they opened. And in the past year I am not sure why I bother anymore.
The manager or associate MARY is always throwing your food and produce. Literally throwing it up against the end of the checkout. She does not hand you your receipt. She is rude if you don’t bag your own items. This happens every time. And the associate with the long hair never smiles or greets you besides a forced hello.
I am done here now. It’s a shame because they used to have a nice staff and happy people.
Lost my business/ho there every week two to three times-now it will zero.
Have some secret shoppers visit and see how bad they are.

One of my favorite markets for fresh farm foods. Do you love lavender? Then try the fresh bars of soap. This store is such a find!

Beautiful produce, plants. Lay out was clever and organized. Found things I could eat. And that is rare. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Elizabeth and Brittany were great. Will definitely be back.
