Today I went to the GeekSquad inside Best Buy in Crystal Lake IL. I needed help with my laptop. Johnny was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything to me so I could understand. The whole team there has always been very helpful.

Mike was simply the best!! He helped my mom with a laptop problem and solved it quickly for us. We didn't know you needed an appointment for Geek Squad, but he took us anyways!! He makes the wait time enjoyable with his jokes and knowledge about technology! Thanks so much- there needs to be more people like you!

I spoke with Jason, after spending 3 hours calling place adapter place Jason was able to help me out with resetting my phone. Very easy to understand the instructions and he was VERY knowledgeable on the phones I needed help one

Had an appointment issue today upon arrival (my fault) and want to say the Geek Squad and in particular, Mike, really stepped up and helped me out. Fantastic customer service and professionalism and although I don’t live near this location I wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future. Thanks again.

Bought my Mac from Best Buy and the Geek Squad people were very helpful when i made my decision on which computer to buy. they didn't pressure me into buying all kinds of add-ons and they answered all my questions on all the add-ons that were available. I just recently had a question regarding an Apple pop-add i was receiving and they explained the pros and cons regarding this. as far as i'm concerned Crystal Late Geek Squad are the best. The courtesy with everyone in the department is A-!, very helpful, and very, very knowledgable on the products they service. Bravo Crystal Lake Geek Squad!!!!
