Don’t bother wasting your time if ur looking for an alignment on a duley bus and ur wheels are still under 169 spaced out It still won’t fit and they think it’s funny that both our time and theirs has been wasted and now we have to risk our lives tomorrow since they failed to be honest today that they couldn’t do the job!

Been going there off and on for 20 years. Bob is awful. I always hope not to have him there that day.
Many years ago got tires for my truck and two days later noticed one was deflating. Called and Bob told me too bad bc I didn’t sign up for the warranty or whatever. It was like $5 or something cheap and I absolutely would’ve. That was the end. I wasn’t going back. Got a phone call by a shorter guy who said I never signed off that I DIDNT want it so Bob made a mistake and regardless two days the tires shouldn’t do that so he replaced them. Trust restored.
Then I never saw the better guy again.
Bob is pretty chauvinistic but I didn’t care too much bc the prices were alright but I don’t think I want to do it anymore. Told a friend about Goodyear and though she’s never been there she interrupted and asked me if it was Bob. Apparently she’s heard about him a lot from other women.
So guys, if you care about your wife, don’t send her in there and learn how to replace your own air filters (YouTube has everything).

Had my back brakes done a few weeks ago and when I got it back it was leaking coolant when it wasn’t before. Had it towed back there on a Sunday when it broke down. Called Monday morning 30 minutes after they opened and Bob picked up. He kept calling me “babe” which I found repulsive. I told him on the phone that they did work on my car and when I got it back it was leaking coolant and Bob didn’t even acknowledge me when I said it. Bob called me and told me my water pump needed to be replaced so we’ll see if that was actually the problem.

I have been going to this Goodyear for decades. I have always thought they were honest and a good price. I had an appointment thursday,they had to order tires. Told me to come back 9 am Friday. Return Friday no tires? Why not call me. Then got coupons on Saturday for 10 % off etc..sucks! $1700.00 bucks later.
