I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have spent nearly $10,000 here, according to my credit card history.
Something as simple as trimming an 8x11 photo to fit an 8x10 frame (a two-minute task) was refused, with the excuse that it would take weeks because they “have custom framing in the back and need to get to it first.” All it takes is for them to take the photograph, shave off one side and that’s it. They’ve been doing it forever.
Two weeks ago, they trimmed a photo so poorly that the wording was cut off and still handed it to me. On top of that, they’ve been out of stock on various floor vases and decor for over three months. This place just isn’t the same anymore.

Went there for about the 5 times total. So, my review is very limited. I did notice they had quite a long line of people waiting to check out and only had one check out open as another employee stood at the door, greeting people. It looked like she tried to page another cashier with no luck. Everything I've purchased several different products with no regrets.

Asked the cashier “Dawn M” if the store would price match items. She told me no, although the website says that they would. Then she proceeded to ask from which website would i have wanted to price match. Then scoffed when I gave her the site that i was referencing. Terrible customer service

This is a great craft store, clean and organized. The only negative thing I have to say, is the sale signage is a little deceiving. Be shure to really pay attention to the exact wording or you will have a surprise at the register.

Waiting in line forever and other registers opened up but I patiently waited while people behind me got to pay for their items before me!!! Man haters or racists?? Either way NOT Acceptable!!

Found a few select items.
Customer service could be better. If I'm at the back of the store and can't find what I'm looking for. I have to walk back to the front to get help.
I was told by an associate they don't just stand in the isles.
I wasn't expecting them to just stand there. I was pointing out there was no one to assist me.

Always friendly staff and they stay well stocked. Pretty clean and organized at all times as well. Only star knocked off is because every time I’m here the wait to checkout is ridiculous. Sometimes the wait is literally 15/20 minutes to get to the register. If they updated the computer system so they scanned items instead of hand typing prices in that might help. Or have more cashiers available because no matter time/day the lines are long
