Frank was very nice and helpful with the installation and direction how to use the device. I actually felt like I was holding him up but assured me he did not want me to leave until I felt comfortable using the device . I had my 5 yr old grandson with me and he did not want me to be stalled anywhere on the way out without the confidence using the device .
