I ordered a Christmas themed shirt several weeks before Christmas. I ordered it in gray, which looked like it would look fine with the wording. Unfortunately, it came after Christmas. The wording was hard to read, and the image was orange (should’ve looked closer to yellow). I would’ve been fine with it all if it’d come before Christmas. However, when I emailed the designer, she was amazing. She told me to keep the shirt, and gave me a full refund immediately. I greatly appreciate her understanding and quick response/resolution. I definitely will buy from her in the future, and would refer her shop to others.

Gave the owner a call after a previous design company blew me off. Needed very specific colors for a company logo, and not only did she get what we needed and match them exactly, but she was incredibly throughly the entire process. Got back to me quickly, completely understanding of the specifics, and was able to get the shirts done quicker than the expected. Will be working with her in the future!

The best experience I have ever had with a small business! Sabrina was so encouraging and committed to making my idea the best it could be. I went to her with a gift for my girlfriend and she worked with me all the way through. From picking the font to picking the placement she was there helping me brainstorm and made my gift exactly what I had in mind. If I could give more stars I would!!!

Best service ever! First off, Sabrina is very responsive. Whenever I have a question or need to make adjustments, she’s quick to answer and addresses all my questions. Her passion shows in her work - she takes time to make sure each product is at 100% before delivering. Also, I love how on top of trends she is! As an example, she quickly developed and started producing masks and other protective gear during covid. And she always has the best tshirt designs for holidays! I will 100% be working with Sabrina again! #myprintgalforlife

I recently had Istitchdesigns do a logo embroidery and about a dozen shirts, sweaters, and fleece pullovers for me for my home inspection company, and she did a fantastic job! Very friendly and personable service. Would highly recommend !!
