Since the flex pipe repair was done, I’ve had no problems and it was done maybe 18 mos to two years ago. The shop I usually go to in my area gave me an estimate so much greater than Jax.
I just had a new back-up camera installed at Jax and it is better & clearer than the camera installed at the factory. Thank you, Jax, your work has been exceptional!

Had the two serpentine belts replaced due a squealing noise on startup. Considerable labor to replace the bets. I think the charges were reasonable and my squealing is gone.

I really appreciate the customer service at Jax. They realized the issue was on going and unfixable so they refunded the cost of labor. You would never get these type of service at the big name dealerships.

Another great experience at Jax Auto! Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change before heading back to college and had Jack give everything a quick look. She needed front and rear brakes and Jack was able to get the job done the same day for her at a reasonable price.
