My fiancé had proposed with his grandmothers very unique ring. Kim ordered in a couple rings for me to try on and she knocked it out of the park! “David was incredible! My boyfriend and I planned to look at rings together and stopped at Kay’s before visiting Helzberg. I left Kay’s feeling a bit confused and nervous. The associate was kind, but it was clear she didn’t know much about diamonds or jewelry. I wanted to understand clarity, cut, and color ratings, so we decided to try Helzberg instead.
We were absolutely blown away by David’s expertise. From the moment he greeted us, he made us feel comfortable and excited to learn. I told him about the cut I thought I liked, and he explained that I was actually drawn to a radiant cut, not an emerald. He showed us the difference, then somehow pulled out the perfect ring.
David took the time to show us the ring under a microscope, explain lab-grown vs. natural diamonds, and go over every detail with patience and enthusiasm. He even shared bits of jewelry history that made the experience extra special.
I left feeling educated, confident, and sure of what I wanted. I can’t recommend David enough. If you’re shopping for an engagement ring, go see him at Helzberg!”
