Aside from being so fun & personable, he was comforting & explained everything part of the piercing procedure to both of us. “Chauncy was extremely helpful. I went in for my inspection and he offered to clean the other pieces I was wearing at the time. He also used one of the semi-private rooms to show me my pieces under the microscope, talking me through the inspection process and reassuring me that all stones are secure in their setting. “This is the absolute best place to buy Birkenstocks. Have purchased many shoes, sandals, boots over 10 years or more since I discovered this store. They are extremely helpful and I think there prices are Very good. I can’t say enough about how they care about the fit and that is their ultimate goal rather than making a buck. I have told countless people over the years about this store and I’m finally writing on online about them! There is also a store next door that has sterling silver jewelry and skateboards.”
