The Dole Mansion, a historic landmark built in 1865, serves as a vibrant community hub in Crystal Lake. Originally established as a country club by Eliza "Lou" Ringling, the mansion has transformed into a gathering place for various events, including the popular Lakeside 4th of July Festival, Farmers Market, and art shows. Visitors to The Dole can enjoy a lively Farmers Market featuring around 25 vendors offering a wide range of products, such as vegetables, flowers, crafts, breads, and unique home decor. The market is known for its delicious food options, including fresh pasta from the PastaBar and amazing cinnamon rolls from Simple Bakery. Guests can relax with drinks, including bloody Marys, while exploring the diverse offerings. The Dole also hosts fun activities throughout the year, making it a great place for community engagement. We went for our daughter's piano recital as the teachers can rent the place or some room in the place to hold events. The place is very cool and kept good . It hosts a lot of events and a lot of art donation collection events. We like it and we go every year.

Beautiful day. Great food and good music 🎶. So many venues there. From food to jewelry to clothes, It's from 10 am to 2 pm. Get there early the time goes by fast and so does the food. Oh and fresh read and cheeses 🧀 dips and veggies.
