I paid for a friend's storage unit a few times. When that friend decided to stop payment, employees began harassing me and threatening me. Including leaving a voice-mail calling me "Rockford trash" (I have never lived in Rockford a day in my life nor do I even live in the state of Illinois). Completely unprofessional and criminal in behavior. Unbelievable.

Wonderful storage company with great prices! The staff are very helpful, pleasant and wonderful. The location is very clean and well manicured. Best of all, there are no additional fees or charges!

Highly recommend Liberty Self Storage in Crystal Lake. Storage units and grounds are impeccably clean. Rates are affordable. Super secure and monitored 24/7. They even sell packing supplies.
