They will not honor their $16.49 exchange price because they don’t have cylinders filled. In the past they have, not sure why they don’t have exchanges and or why they don’t honor that price.

Nice store, but it's very inconvenient that the garden center doors aren't open. You have to go through the store and back again with very heavy items such as mulch and bricks.
