This is a great place for camp physicals and sports physicals. It is easy to schedule an appointment that meets your schedule and they are all very friendly to work with. Highly recommend

I went in to have my ears drained by Donna one of the midlevel providers at the clinic, she spent about two minutes total trying to help before sending me off. I will not return to the MinuteClinic ever again, please go elsewhere and save yourself.

If you have had a terrible sore throat, chills, cough and runny nose for four days and all you want is them to tell you if you test positive for covid, strep throat or flu, this is the place to go. If you want an antibiotic so you feel better, you’re better off going to an immediate care.

Wonderful service at the Minute Clinic Hub on more than one occasion! (Crystal Lake, Randall Rd).
Nurse Practitioners are very friendly and helpful! Always a great experience. Very clean and organized office and facility.

These people don’t answer phone calls and then they charge $248 just to tell you that you have the flu and sends you away without prescription. Big rip off

I seen NP Rokicki today for a respiratory issue. She was extremely kind, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. The wait was not long and check in was pretty easy. It was a great visit for me personally.

I tested positive on a home test for Covid and I came into the clinic (because my MD. couldn't see me until Monday and this was on Thursday and Covid medicine has to be taken within the first 48 hours or it doesn't work)without an appointment. They were booked but Lauren Rosen squeezed me in and treated me with respect and I will never forget her kindness. She was amazing! I will never forget that! Thank you, Lauren.

3 calls and 45 minutes later I drove to the pharmacy to find out why my prescriptions haven't been filled 7 hours after the doctor sent them in. I was told they were short staffed and not answering the phones. Also they didn't fill my prescriptions yet that need to be taken now. Terrible service
