Employee was smoking close to door and manager was not proactive about the issue.
TUL supplies were very poorly stocked...no TUL junior paper at all.

Ordered print service overnight with guaranteed printing and stopped by to pick it up and was told they aren't able to print anything at the store today. I asked for options to print elsewhere and the gentleman at the store looked at me, shrugged, and said "What do you want me to do?"
Sheesh!

Had a hard time finding the size print I needed. After some research I found I could submit my entire project online and have it printed in store. The process was easy and even allowed me to omit pages that did not need printing. The employee was very helpful and kind. The print was done and waiting for me after only a few hours.

Had an online order that they couldn’t find so they sent me home and said they would look. Then they called me back hours later to say they found it and I could come get it. When I came back I walked in to two teenagers working- one sitting on the counter and the other slouched forward in a chair laying on the desk. They both looked up at me and then snickered to eachother. No one asked if I needed help or greeted me. Terrible was to represent a company.

horrible customer service. called to get a quote for a large print jib..was on hold for 10 min. called right back to ask for manager..again on hold for greater than 5 min... will not use their services and shows why this company is dying

terrible service, older ladies didn’t know what they were doing they couldn’t even tell me how to print out a paper. Asked a man if they do printing there and all he said was “mhm” and walked away. WORST SERVICE. Especially when your trying to print out important papers.

Was very unpleased with the customer service I received from the store. When I asked for help finding something it was almost like I inconvenienced them. The tone in marilyn’s voice made me not even want to buy anything in the store. Writing this review because office max CL needs to invest in customer service training.

Not deserving even the one star! So much different customer service than last year! Employees are rude, they do not explain anything, when I called, the employee was yelling at me “I DID NOT DOUBLE CHARGE YOU“ I I said I know you didn’t, I meant the store!! I figured it out by myself at their counter when I thought I was double charged, when I said I’m sorry, now I understand, have a good day, she did not answer at all! I said: I’m sorry! No one responded!!!!!!

Nothing. Good to say. A number of employees around but none anxious to help. The one instruction I received, where to find file folders, was wrong by about four aisles. I brought about ten or twelve cartridges for recycling, and credit, but they could not find my telephone number. I left without any credit and the silent vow: « look to see me no more! »

Office Max is going the way of Sears and we all know how that has turned out! Their website doesn't have up-to-date stock information and the customer service people at the Crystal Lake location are very lacking in knowledge and not helpful to solve a purchasing problem. Office Max makes it way to difficult to order/buy items. I have wasted too much time with this company and therefore they have lost me as a customer!
