  Took my dog here for grooming, when I picked her up she sounded absolutely horrible. She had this wheezing hoarse sound. I asked if she had been like that the whole time they had her which was like 2 hours. The groomer, Scott, said “it only happens when there’s something around her neck.” What in the hell is that response? I said I’ve brought her here multiple times and take her on walks with a collar around her neck and she’s never sounded like this. He responded with “ do you want me to put it in her chart not to put something around her neck?” Really? What in The hell were you doing…choking her the whole time? Or if you noticed it why wouldn’t you stop and call me? Just pure negligence. If I come back I won’t be having Scott doing her appt.

  The staff at PetSmart have always done a great job grooming our 12 year old Golden Retriever. He is getting up there in age and has some pretty bad arthritis. It takes a couple groomers to help him stand for an extended period of time to get a good comb out as well as removing a lot of matted areas. He comes home pretty wiped out but in a few hours he is rested and roaming around. Thanks to the caring staff in PetSmarts grooming department. Great job.

  We took our collie/great pyraness for grooming. Brian was the groomer and did an amazing job! Everyone was courteous and gentle with the variety of fur babies we observed. Hats off for all!

  Paige at the grooming is the absolute BEST! Our mini goldendoodle LOVES HER! He can be very stubborn and the fact that he loves her so much we know he’s in great hands every time. We appreciate her patience with him not to mention she does a fantastic job leaving him squeaky clean with the cutest cuts! Book with Paige you won’t be disappointed!

  DO NOT TRY AND ADOPT A CAT HERE! THEY WILL AGE DISCRIMINATE YOU! THE ADOPTION PLACE IS RUDE AND THEYRE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THERE APLICANTS! Those poor cats.
