Kelly turned me on to the dip nails. I love them and they last a little over 3 weeks. The tech I had before her did the No chip, which chipped the next day. Kelly does a excellent job!!!!

The absolute BEST nail place. I always want extremely long nails and everyone has done them so amazing. Literally my favorite nail place & such welcoming and funny techs. I recommend anyone there to do your nails!

Asked for almond shaped French acrylics with the ring fingers being hearts and gems. Not only are these nails nowhere near matching in shape, but the statement nails are way too short and way too round to be almond. The lines of the French are also extremely rushed and not equal. Definitely felt like she was just trying to get me out of there as fast she could. I love this place so I will go back but just disappointed in how poorly they were done:(

This location does not care about cleanliness or the integrity of your nails. And I doubt anyone is actually certified to do nails. They removed too much of my actual nail on my thumb. My nails have never been this brittle and cracked after being serviced by them.

I highly recommend queen nails. I have been going here on and off since I was in high school. The salon was good before but even better since Nancy took over.I don't have a regular tech. I try to drop in for fills when I can fit it in my day. I always try to call ahead and they usually find the time that day or the next. All the techs do a great job.

You have to be very careful what you say in this salon, they will ban you as a customer if they or someone in the salon does not like what you are saying. To make matters worse, when they tell you they no longer want you as a client, they give you no reason other than you said hurtful things and someone was hurt. Not sure what and when that happened, and who was "hurt", but they really need to confront one when this occurs. Banning you because of this with no proof, time, or chance to defend yourself is not right and UNAMERICAN. Time to move on!
