The staff at the Crystal Lake location was quick and efficient, we arrived early for our appointment and they got us in and out before our appointment was even scheduled! The onsite staff was kind and thoughtful.
Having trouble with their website to get validated to see our results online, so that has been frustrating.

Took my 4 yr old in today. The 2 phlebotomist that were there to help were sooooo sweet and amazing. They made my son feel comfortable right away and he was talking away. Thank you!! I wish I knew their names. This was on 4/26 @ around 8:30 am.
