Edgar was super friendly and informative when explaining the differences in the types of boots and what would suit me best for my job. He helped me pick out a style I like, made sure my foot size was accurate and got the best size for me. This was first time in RedWings and I really appreciated his help!

Not willing to Honor the warranty set by Red Wing. Edgar looked at the boots and said they visually don't look like they are leaking. Never performed a test with water, and turned down my warranty. Just spent over 300 dollars for these boots less than 6 months ago and this is the service they think is OK. Will not be returning.

Customer service was absolute trash when I went in. One person inside other than myself and several employees on deck. Glad I can spend $300 on boots and receive ZERO help when I come in.

I bought a clearance boot from this store in December 2023 and they are already falling apart. The boot originally said they were 200, how does a 200 boot fall apart that fast. I do stocking, so it's not even that much work on them. I don't know how people spend that much money for such poor quality.

I was in a couple weeks ago bought a pair of boots and wore then half a day. They were very uncomfortable so I finally had time to bring them back and they ordered me new ones.

Went in today for new work shoes. Edgar, was GREAT! Had me feet scanned then proceeded to show me appropriate shoes to fit my work needs. He also helped me pick out the correct inserts matching the profile of my feet. He paid special attention to my "high arch" to insure my feet were properly supported. EXCELLENT job Edgar! You are on the NICE LIST!!❣️❣️??

The store manager Perry and an employee named Alec were very helpful! They took a lot of time to make sure I had the right size fitting boot, and to make sure my insole was right for my feet. They took the time to explain the boots I was buying, as well as taking time to measure my feet with extreme attention to detail. The customer service there was phenomenal, and I would definitely go back for another pair of boots for sure.

What a terrific experience I had, I've been eager to try Red Wing boots for a long time, the sales rep was very helpful. He fitted my feet and gave some suggestions. In the end I got a fantastic pair of boots that feel terrific and I'm so excited to get to try them out. They are a bit pricey but they come with lifetime lace replacement and boot conditioning. The model I purchased has the option of sole replacement which is awesome. 1 year manufacturers warranty. Very satisfied with my first time here.

Employees were arrogant about an exchange the company guarantees if you don't find the ones you buy comfortable. They also only have two boots in a size 10 and don't evwn offer to order the ones you want. I'll be taking my business to the McHenry store moving forward
