Jackie the associates manager was phenomenal. She had great energy, a great sense of humor and allowed my friend and I to try on a bunch of stuff they had in the back of their service desk. Unfortunately we didn’t find what we were looking for today but that’s okay, Jackie was the highlight of my visit today definitely will be coming back to this location again. Store was clean and had a lot of stuff just not stuff in my size.

Accused of swapping prices because the sticker wasn't laying flat on the bumpy plastic of a suitcase, then had the item taken and marked at double the price? The new price also started peeling up at the corner in the exact same way. I'm taking my business and my donations elsewhere. Associates at this location look down at you for shopping here. I hope this store closes and is replaced with Spirit Halloween.

Pricing is out of hand. I rarely shop here any more and when I do I find myself more and more flabbergasted at the prices. Their inventory is literally FREE and still feel the need to markup some items to a ridiculous amount. I miss how thrifting used to be.

I had about $100 of items that I put back because there's no changing rooms. I totally wasted an hour of my time. I wasn't about to drive 45 minutes back just to make a return

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. I used to shop at this Savers location frequently, but I’ve stopped coming for two main reasons: the noticeable price inflation (which is surprising considering the items are donated) and the behavior of some staff members.
There is one employee in particular whose name I believe is Ari or Yari who consistently displays a negative attitude. On a recent visit, I asked her for assistance and was met with an eye roll along with her cussing me out to her coworkers. I also witnessed her giving free items to what appeared to be her friends, which is highly unprofessional. Why would I continue shopping here looking for treasure when this girl is constantly pulling things sister for her friends and self!
It’s disappointing to see such behavior go unchecked. If I were in management, I would seriously reconsider the hiring standards and ensure employees are respectful, follow store policies, and prioritize customer service

I do love coming here, especially on Mondays when everything is half-price but honestly, could you find some employees that know how to put some expression on their face other than one of complete boredom and disgust?? every last one of them looks like they’d rather be anywhere but your building.
And to the gentleman with long hair working the registers who thought it was appropriate to mock a customer behind me by saying womp womp womp… if you were my employee, I would’ve fired you on the spot.

Friendly staff, clean store overall, every time I come here I always, without fail, find hidden jackpots within all the treasure. Today I needed to find new slippers, sure enough I found these 2 pair.

This store used to be so good! I would consistently find really cool vintage items & antiques along with NWT items at reasonable thrift store prices…. HOWEVER I stopped shopping here once I noticed something consistently occurring. The area that used to be dressing rooms is now allocated as a sort of storage area for incoming donations from the drive thru, with that said there is a male employee running that department & he literally saves incoming donations for an Ebayer (I’m not naming names but y’all know who you are) that he deems fabulous & only for that particular person. Savers used to quickly price & put donations on the floor for sale first come first served but not since this man took over. I just want to point out this is not an exaggerated review I have witnessed this several times & this particular Ebayer is there everyday. Not to mention what they do have on the floor is so overpriced for dirty, broken, ripped & torn items that I just have no desire to waste my time looking for treasures here. I hope management sees this because I’m not alone with my experience.

It's truly amazing that this store is still in business. Was just at this location today and here is a quick look at the ridiculous prices they charge.• Action figure - ($8 - USED)• Plastic tip darts 6 darts - ($10 / USED)• Vintage Camera that NOBODY buys or uses anymore - ($10 - USED)They have Disney Collectors plates for $50 for set of 4. On EBay you can get the same plates plus one extra (5 plates instead of 4) that sold for $36. That’s a $14 difference not including tax. Whom ever is in charge of determining prices for item should be demoted for not using their head. They overprice EVERYTHING, the store is always a total mess. Majority of the time it's the same merchandise week after week because they charge OUTRAGEOUS prices for 2nd hand stuff. Don't waste your time when you can get whatever you're looking for cheaper on EBay and save time and gas.

Heads up, no changing rooms and bring your own bags. Lots of inventory and friendly staff. Prices are a little high for used inventory.
