They offer scuba courses, sell snorkel and scuba equipment from various manufacturers, and have their own indoor pool and outdoor training site on-site, making them the only Scuba Facility with such convenient amenities. The instructors, including Cathy Olson, Jim, Paul, and Cindy, are described as thorough, experienced, prepared, level-headed, calm, and helpful, providing a great learning experience for both new and experienced divers. The shop is well-stocked, clean, and organized, catering to the needs of local divers and those visiting from out of town. Sea Level Diving has also organized successful dive trips, such as the one to Cebu, Philippines, where the staff ensured everything ran smoothly, and the group bonded and supported each other throughout the experience, regardless of their diving level.
