Possibly the worst gas station i ever stepped inside. Not only are they always out of somethings, even on delivery days. Clearly obvious whoever does the ordering has no idea of what sells. Owning 9 gas stations myself (7 in Chicagoland and 2 in Indiana) I'm shocked this innocent clerk received a write up for lending me $2.87 because I forgot my wallet at home (my home is literally 10 minutes walking distance from this particular station). Now this is called customer service, it's clear they don't know customer service and/or sales..shame on this "manager" i would of immediately fired her for this in one of my stores. Anyway thank you to the clerk, I never got her name. To the manager, shame on you

Bought Diet Dr. Pepper. Was expired from April of 2019. Tried to call the store several times and let them know but nobody answers the phone.

Visited this place Nov 8th at 3:45pm tried to pre-paid for gas during my lunch period, waited a few minutes, I just kept hearing noises but no one showed up to help me so I nocked on the counter and waited, nocked again and nothing as I was leaving I saw a woman (Alice?) putting beverages inside a cabinet so I asked if she was able to help me she said “yes, but you are gonna need to wait until I’m done” I hesitated then said “I’m sorry I think you are gonna need to for I have been waiting” she kept on working so I walked up to her intending to explain to her that I was on lunch and needed gas but she started yelling at me saying “as the assistant manager I am not going to stop what I’m doing to help you!” She proceeded to flash her name tag and as I’m walking away she kept on trying to antagonize me yelling in a condescending tone “good bye! Have a nice day!” Terrible attitude.

I have been a customer of this gas station for over twenty years. I was harassed by the manager over my identification while trying to buy a pack of cigarettes. I will never stop in this gas station again. I will never buy anything from this gas station again. Very rude manager.

Too Mike the so called manager of the store I've been coming there for 4 years to buy stuff and gas up. On occasion I use to buy smokes but now I vape instead. I'm there every day before or after work to get snacks and a drink or two and I've seen you maybe three times and I come in on every shift I know everyone there. You say you can't take an expired ID that expired during shut down and tell me it's common sense to get it renewed yeah ill go do that at a closed dmv or mail out for it and wait for it in the mail on back order, yet you sold to me a week or so ago a whole new vape kit when it was expired.

High quality e85 here. Usually at least e70. There are many e85 pumps. Haven't been a customer long enough to see what it dips to over the winter. Beware of motorsports hating Mariano's customers. Maybe best to go at night. Not Shell's fault; they have been there long before CL let the Bougie Bodega open.
