To the old crabby lady behind the counter, you overstep with power having people remove their mask to card them. There’s a global pandemic going on and you don’t require people to wear mask in your store. How dare you asked me to remove mine. My eyes clearly match my ID. You need to be more rational and reasonable when people are wearing mask for their safety. You are putting people at risk when you ask them to remove their mask without providing them a safe environment. Insane, you should rethink your policy. And before you defend your employee, I am clearly over 35 years old so we mast on matching ID picture should be sufficient for buying items where you’re required to be 21. I work at a bar and we don’t require people to take their mask off when we card them at the door because that would be unsafe and insane. Hopefully your store won’t Become a covert hotspot with your over policing of IDs. A very unnecessary overstep.

Pumped unleaded and the machine charged me for premium. When I brought it to the cashier she said "oh that happens. The hose sometimes hits it and switches it." When I told her that wasnt my fault and that I needed to be refunded her response was "well you should have been paying attention"

I work near this Shell/ Circle K station [I prefer over BP close by] too many times when I want to walk inside the sign is up 'be back shortly' and wait and wait and then a hand full of others join and we wait some more... the young female adult w/ strands of dyed hair that sadly looks like she never combs it is typically there, I have learned where to find her and that is in the restroom around the corner--- outside, so I knock on door to let her know a line has started outside and she eventually comes out smh recently I just leave and take my $$ elsewhere *no clue why San Fran Cali shows up, have tried to figure out how to change to no avail but I live in area also
