Swift Wash in Crystal Lake really lives up to the “swift” part—except for one thing. Everything is spotless: the vacuums suck in a good way, the car wash is smooth and shiny, and my car leaves feeling like it just got back from a spa weekend.
BUT… I have a monthly pass. I’m supposed to glide through like royalty. Instead, I’m hanging halfway out my window like I’m trying to order fries at a drive-thru in 2003, just to tap “no thanks” on the upgrade prompt. I didn’t come here to do yoga stretches and touch-screen negotiations—I just want the wash I pay for!
Seriously, can we get a “never ask me again” option? I love you guys, but I don’t want to play touchscreen Twister every time I roll through. Keep it clean, keep it moving!

I like the mirror set up in front of the car wash door so you can see your tire is aligned properly , the yellow line on the ground also helps you place your tire, so you don’t rub the Guide rails .
The have rubber tipped air hoses at the vacuum parking lot so you can blow the annoying water out from behind your rearview mirror and gaps in your car !
Love this car wash !???

I have a monthly payment plan for the ultimate wash, but sometimes when they are busy I don't get that wash. I just get the basic wash.

52 years of using car washes and the Swift Wash in Crystal Lake honestly is the cleanest, most dependable wash I’ve ever been to. Staff is exceptionally nice. I wish the country ran as well as this wash does.

This is by far the BEST unlimited pass carwash in the area! Even if you don't do the unlimited washes pass and just go periodically it is the best wash I've experienced. They have plenty of vacuums and plenty of 'blowers' and they are always in working order and regularly maintained. Very mice friendly and helpful people that work there and I can't recommend it more!

People are very friendly and helpful.
The grounds are well taken care of. Beautiful flowers, grass cut. No litter.
All equipment is up to date and works nicely.
Prices are very reasonable.

05/12/24 - I used to have a membership here, but after using the wash today and seeing new chips and marks on both sides of my car. They are almost parallel to eachother on both sides - which indicates to me the brushes are messed up. Cancelled the membership cause I'm gonna have to save money to get it touched-up now.
