Customer service at this store has declined greatly. No one seems to want to help. Lots of "I don't know's" and acting like you're inconveniencing them to ask where something is or asking for help finding it. When asking to speak to an LOD (leader on duty/manager) they act like they don't know what this means. The one in Algonquin doesn't have this issue, I don't know how often I'll shop at the crystal lake location.

Store is clean, nicely laid out, Starbucks right at the entrance, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Great location.

Good selection and great prices with the Red card! We shop here a lot. The shelves can be a bit bare at times, but overall a great experience.

We had a special need. My friend is in a wheelchair and I was in a boot after surgery. I couldn't push her wheelchair. The cart person was so kind and brought us the scooter. He followed us out afterward, loaded our purchases and took the scooter back without even asking. What a fine young man! I didn't catch his name but really wish I had.

Somehow I needed apporval to buy toothpicks, great seeing the employees standing next to me talking instead of helping out. Not to mention the 3 different ones that walked around corners directly into my wife and I with their heads buried in their phones. Get it together!

Best pharmacy out of any Target location I’ve been to. Spoke with two very kind women at the CVS window yesterday that answered all of my questions and were so polite. Switching everything over to make this my primary pharmacy!

This store is TERRIBLE and the workers are SO RUDE!! I asked where the toiletries were and they said they didn’t know???? Two boys were running up and down the hall and committing inappropriate acts to the manaquins. I was shocked to see the workers do NOTHING!!!!!?

I love Target I buy everything from Target twice a week. The drive up is convenient and professional. Great quality and freshness!! Great customer service ? Allways friendly!! I have used the delivery service many times and it's great too!! The Target circle is one of my favorite ?. Love ❤️ Target

I value Target's service and the differences as they apply to me and my products. The product differences help me to feel welcome and that you value me as a customer. Being a black (baby boomer)male, this has not always been the case; therefore, I'm appreciative when the services provide respect.
Additionally, when I find products produced by different cultures and races, I feel valued and "see" me. These areas are a big issue for people of color, whom most vendors look over, but it is critical since the economy's purchasing power has changed and is now more diverse. The variation of vendors and products I see in Target represents the world and shows that it values others who look different.
