We’ve ordered from here many times, they had a new delivery driver come and missed out on our appetizer, when I called they were kind and offered to adjust the mistake. They provided a dessert as an extra too. I appreciate the customer service and would definitely recommend. Bbq chicken pizza is delicious!

I really liked That's Amoré Pizza. We got several pies. I got Dino's Special, my GF got the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. I would have preferred more sauce, but I like my pizza to have so much sauce, I'm swimming in it.She liked her pizza, but there wasn't enough sauce on hers. It smelled really good, but they did skimp a little on her sauce.I would go back, but ask for more sauce on both 'Za's. It's pretty cool to see them make your pizza right in front of you.Parking: It's better to park behind the restaurant, as there isn't much in the front of the shop. Just follow the signs to their back door (it's through a short corridor).

Not a big fan of NYC pizza (I prefer Chicago Deep Dish...) but it was still pretty tasty. Surprised they deliver to most of the crystal lake, South McHenry, and (some of) West Cary areas. Driver was quiet, and I suppose you can't count my Atmosphere review for anything since we usually get delivery. Besides that, it's alright.

If you love NY style pizza, this is a real gem! I mean truly, if you like any pizza this is the place! So good, every time! Creative options bring pizza eating to the next level!

5* to 2*This place used to be a great bargain pizza slice (and garlic knot). Prices have gone up, service has gone down, and the garlic knots have been removed. The staff is not the problem with the service; it's the lack of ready to go slices of pizza at any given time; inventory is kept low. And no longer even offering the garlic knots as an add on is a straight sin. Those were worth at least a $1.

Getting a slice is the best way to experience the pizza. Solid service. A little pricey for a single slice but given this is Chicagoland it really is a gem. This is very close to what I expect from pizza back east in NY.

Absolutely loved the marinara with mozz sticks. Old school taste! I’m not a big fan of NY style pizza. That’s Amore was pretty tasty. Very friendly and polite staff. Made my family and of course myself very comfortable. Get place for family pizza night, maybe a date or just grabbing pizza for yourself. Sorry about the empty tray. Mozzarella sticks where so damn good they didn’t mKe the picture.

Everything was great! Need a little better plates for in house dining. Paper plates very thin. Food delicious as always!!

If you are tired of deep dish and various thin crust pizza's you must try the New York Pizza from this restaurant in Crystal Lake. Kim and Thomas are passionate about the pizza and service is excellent.

Been going here for years and hope to continue to go here for years still. Started eating here when they were still on route 31.Service can sometimes be a bit choppy, but that's the same of any pizza place. Comes with the territory of hiring teenagers who are usually working their first job. But, any issues are always dealt with nicely and I'd recommend this place to everyone who wants some NY style pizza.
