UTS 15 shotgun. Pump slide separated from barrel after 3rd use. I know I will never get this fixed because it's my fault that I built the barrels and did all welds in the factory. Sorry joking. Crappy shotgun and saw it separate while my son was using it. Can I get help?....Please.

Sent in my gun because the bolt was cracked on my new 9mm they have had my gun for 8 months now and will not get ahold of me zero response

Awesome customer service with the warranty department. Had a replacement part for my Micro in about a week after I sent the broke piece back. They wanted it back so they could see what had caused the failure.
