“Came in to get balloons and it was such a delight being helped by Zeven! The transaction took a while as the balloon had to be inflated and I have zero complaints because the service I received literally made my day! Keep up the great work!”
“I lost my debit card in the parking lot and I called in shambles, Gabi looked around the entire store and it wasn’t there. She went the extra mile and checked the parking lot. Thankfully it was out there and she was able to find it, while on the phone with me. I appreciate you taking the extra steps, especially in the cold. Much appreciated”
