Don't deal with Joe - dude with long hair or in a pony tail and tattoos on arms. He messed up our whole transition big time! Joey (different guy) is good and is currently in the process of fixing the other guy's mess ups. Pack your patience for any trip in here.

Sales people were rude and unhelpful. Would give zero stars if I could. Took our business elsewhere. Literally. Left Verizon as this experience was so frustrating with obstinate 'sales people' who told us they could not help and leaving was 'our decision' after 20+ years of being a loyal customer. Very dissatisfied. Lost customers for life.

Inexperienced, unprofessional and honestly just a big waste of time. Eager to get your money but not to make a simple solution after doing so. Horrible experiences with online orders through them and the girl with glasses is an absolute ditz. Only person in there that tolerable is the young man with long hair.

I asked them about the autopay and 2 workers ignored me and walked away from me. If they set up, they charge me $30 for fee. They should help me.

Most uncooperative sales team I have ever come across. I will go to Lake in the Hills. My husband is out of town, I asked them to text the number on file or call so I could get a phone because due to health reasons I have to have one. They refused but yet did 2 weeks earlier for my son. Same store. Terrible customer service and had I had a signs of a seizure I would have been screwed.

Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far. Thanks, Matt!

IF and only IF this store is your only option enter with caution! Very deceptive practices going on here. This is not a official Verizon store. Get EVERYTHING they tell and promise you in writing and signed and dated! My bill was to be $135.00 phone's internet Apple watch there throwing it all at you free sign up the special only lasts till December 31st hurry get your deal now!! I sign up my first bill is exactly what they said my second bill was $490.96 because what they told me was a lie there is a device charge for $900 the iPhone was not for free!! Be very careful what you sign, Read everything . And there will be a response on here from somebody there" oh I'm very sorry blah blah blah" it's the same b******* on every review just don't go to this store!!.

I have to say I was hesitant going to the Crystal Lake store due to all the bad reviews. I have a 5 month old Samsung S21 FE that keeps freezing up, very slow and now the charging port does not work all the time. I have to reboot the phone at least 10x a week. When I arrived at the store it was packed. I was greeted by a very friendly female manager. I only had to wait 10 minutes until it was my turn. I was ready for a fight. I compare getting or fixing a phone just as bad as buying a car! Well my advisor was Manager Jim. I explained my issues. He looked up my account and said "you will get a new phone shipped to your house tomorrow". I was speechless. So I don't know if corporate made changes to this store or not but well done Crystal Lake Verizon Corporate Store.
