“I have to say During my 50 years of dog ownership there are two great veterinarians that I have been fortunate to have the pleasure of having take care of my pets. This one is about Dr C. At fox valley aninal clinic and the support staff that works with him. This is a man that is caring, kind, passionate and knows his profession on several occasions he has saved my pets over the years at that I say Thank you. The support staff and assistants are just as dedicated as Dr C and whenever I do go there they are kind and considerate to our dogs needs Thank you I cannot say enough good things about FVAH , and I absolutely recommend them to take. Care of your animals medical needs”

“We have been taking our dog here for almost 10 years. The experience is always pleasant but this most recent visit (12/26/22) was the best one we had. We saw a new vet there, Dr. Achille, she was wonderful! She explained everything so that I could understand it and didn't make me feel judged for declining certain things. She made it so that I felt like a good dog mom. I will continue to visit this facility and recommend others do the same! I also hope this vet sticks around for awhile, she is fantastic! The ladies working the front desk were great too! They went above and beyond so that I felt taken care of and even highlighted the follow up appointment so I could easily find it. “Dr. Harrison at Companion was terrific. Facility has helped me numerous times over phone. This was my first visit to internal medicine specialist. Dr. Harrison listened and communicated clearly. He was soft spoken and respectful. This facility offered best price for suggested procedures. Dr. Harrison was thoughtful, respectful, and helped my cat without burdening me with expected procedures because he honestly stated that, in my cat's case, they wouldn't provide additional information. He moved her on to appropriate medicine and she is doing great. Thank you!”

“We are with Banfield almost 8 years and this is so far the best place.Today we had an appointment with my Neo - 8 years old,imperial shih tzu.Neo is always super stressed and is shaking when we have vet appointments or grooming. Today when he came out after the shots and doctors check up was super calm and was not shaking.The doctor was super nice and patient with us.We arrived 5 min late ( usually if I’m running late I’m calling and letting them know in advance)Was nice even if we were late and I did not had a chance to answer the phone the day before to confirm the appointment.The new place is super clean and it’s definitely better that the old one.The only thing I don’t understand is why doctors are not checking the dogs in front of us as it was before.They used to do the regular checkups and vaccines in the same room with us.For me is important to see what is done and what and how he was checked out.This is my the only concern/question.Other then that I am super happy, satisfied with our plan at Banfield. I love the way they remind us how to better take care of our fur kids.The dental cleaning is an amazing thing to add in your pet’s plan.Since is a new open place I will go ahead and spam you with some pictures?”

“Always able to get my Cheshire in for appointment. Really wish they would go back to actual in office visits not a fan of drop offs as it leaves so many unanswered questions which require additional calls. Unnecessary, it’s about money saddly”
