“Excellent care responding to an emergency situation with our pup. X rays and diagnosis were required, along with instructions for follow up care. We normally see the doctors at the Cary location, but in order to get Friley in with short notice we needed to go to Crystal Lake. We have always found the doctors at TAD to be professional, thorough, caring and clear in their explanations to me.”

We now have had appointments with all the doctors at Pet Vet. Dr. Shalini is so knowledgeable and is able to so ultrasounds for my pets if needed. She is always willing to talk me through everything with my pets. Dr. Nikki is very compassionate and you can tell how much she loves her patients! She offers acupuncture which sounds amazing! “Everyone was so patient with my pup, who is anxious and reactive. They went slow and modified the process to accommodate her. They listened to my concerns and repeated back to me what they were hearing me say, then walking through what they observed in my dog. They worked with me on cost and determining what should be done now and what can wait. Definitely a positive experience for both of us.”

“Red Barn and Dr. Kwan saved my dog's life! He was scheduled for a double knee surgery with Dr. Kwan at Red Barn last October. He was healthy as a horse leading up to the surgery other than his bum knees. On the day of surgery, I dropped him off as scheduled. A few hours later, Red Barn called and said he needed to be seen by an emergency cardiologist right away. I took him to Thrive in Hoffman Estates, who was also instrumental in saving Marley's life. We had no idea he had a congenital heart disorder. I am so thankful for Red Barn and Dr. Kwan's expertise and how they took swift action and referred me to the right specialists. Marley was cleared for surgery and a month later had a successful double TPLO surgery by Dr. Kwan. Dr. Stone has been amazing from start to finish at Red Barn. She is gentle, kind, and truly loves animals. If you need great care, you'll find it here!”

We will always be grateful for that time. You are truly an amazing doctor, and Sofia, Ulyana, and Dr. Max are such a wonderful team. We always felt that she was in the best hands with you. Sadly, today she is no longer with us, and our hearts are broken. But we will always be grateful to you for giving us more precious time with her. “The staff here from the front desk to the assistants to the veterinarians all treat your fuzzy babies with love, care, support, and understanding. I have cats that don’t care much for the carrier and the visit. The doctors that see my cats are like cat whisperers. They manage to get everything done in a way that calms my cat (and me too). So grateful for Dundee Animal Hospital. Don’t look anywhere else.”

“Dr. Knott and Paul were so kind and compassionate to us and our dog! We had to travel here as our local emergency animal hospital was at capacity. When we called, they informed us of the minimum costs, possible wait times and took our info so we wouldn't have to do the whole process when we arrived and therefore was able to check-in quicker. Super grateful to DAH for helping us on such a stressful morning!”
