This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to we go here because it's close to home unfortunately they never have what we need or have it on time many times they couldn't find the prescription I actually had to start telling them to look on the shelf behind them and two of the three times that we didn't have our drugs they were right there making us wait almost 30 minutes in line I think the pharmacist here should be fired and all the people here need to take a course on public awareness they do not know how to treat the public well or do they provide good service if you have a chance go somewhere else ...we are

I have to second, third, and fourth many other comments. I feel like I stay due to sunken cost, so much time and effort already spent. Front counter staff are great, the pharmacy has been slow and disorganized at least since I started filling meds in 2022. Rxs lost, misplaced, filled but not actually, and a 30-45 minute wait in my experience regardless of the appointment time. When things are right, they're quick and simple, when they aren't, good luck.

Always great staff but in regards to the pharmacy...they are out of stock of many prescriptions that I take and the past 2 times I had to wait for them to fill mine on the spot because they "misplaced" them

The average wait time, whether you go inside or through the drive thru, is about 30 minutes. There can be one person in front of you and it will be 30 minutes or more. This is the most incompetent, rude, uninformed, and untrained staff I have ever seen in my life. They have no idea what they're doing and are so incredibly rude and condescending it's unbelievable. They have lost my business.

So I see all the poor reviews about the pharmacy and I agree. Definitely lacking over the past few years, but I have to wonder does the management even look at this? Is there a new lacking pharmacist? Very poor, you should be ashamed of yourselves

It’s very apparent that this is a high volume pharmacy by the frequent long lines and wait times. I have let things fly without complaining, but an employee’s attitude today called for a pause. I called the employee out for being rude and dismissive at the pharmacy drive-thru, and while he quickly apologized, he followed it up with “it’s been a long day.” My comment here is not intended to get the employee in trouble, because I have already called him out myself and I trust that he will do better in the future, but I’d rather call out the workers’ burnout to the management team to help augment this team so that they are properly staffed. It would not hurt to also provide a certain level of training of professionalism and customer service as part of their ongoing developmental training.

Slowest rudest pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. Just ignores you and doesn’t even acknowledge you. If you want your orders on time I would go elsewhere

Absolutely the Worst Pharmacy in the Area. Dropped off Prescription Yesterday was told it would be ready in 2 hours. It was very hot & I wasn't feeling well so I did not go back to pick it up. This morning came to pick up my medicine they said there was a insurance issue come back at 4 or 4:30. It's 7:30 pm and I am Still waiting. I am going to Transfer all of my medication to a different pharmacy this Location Lies to it's customers. I don't have time to deal with this pharmacy I am done after waiting 2 days. Transferring all my meds to a Pharmacy that gets things done!!

If you have an issue or need help don't bother asking the manager or store manager go straight to corporate- they will resolve the issue and will show genuine care. The store manager is too busy to talk to people and is a bully. Not a nice person. Walgreens is suppose to be a place of "be well and be healthy" Corporate is the way to go!! They care!!!

My first experience with this pharmacy should have been my last. I walked in to pick up my scripts and the pharmacist came over to loudly announce the list of meds I was receiving, and what they were for. That would have been perfectly okay, if I were to have asked him, but I did not. He might've well as gotten on the loud speaker to do so, as there was a long line of people waiting behind me to hear it all, screw my HIPPA rights I guess. All and all it was incredibly embarrassing. As of recently they have messed up refilling my scripts 2x, and whenever I try to call and get updates I'm greeted with some how a different incredibly rude person each time. Almost impressive to have a whole team of incompetent assholes. Go else where, this place really sucks

Parking lot lines & asphalt are severely needing repair. It's disheartening for cars with disabled placards/plates to have to navigate where to park.

Waited in drive through for my prescription for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The pharmacy staff are rude and are in no hurry to help. I'm taking my business to CVS.

By far the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They promise meds will be ready by 10am. I show up at 8 pm and they tell me it will be another hour. This has happened too many times! I get getting behind, but this pharmacy is a joke!!!

I know the world we live in right now is a little crazy, but WALGREENS please get your business in line. They play god at this location, they make the customers feel like pieces of crap. When a doctor sends in prescription fill it don't try to play doctor and or god. There are truly sick people out in the world that need their meds. Stop passing judgment and do your job!
