Yesterday 3/11, after a contact lens fitting, I had to swap out a pair of pants I had bought because they didn’t fit. Since it was an exchange, I needed to make sure they actually fit this time.
I headed to the fitting rooms and pressed the button twice — no one came. So I went to the nice girl at the register, and I felt awful when she got caught between me and the two unhelpful women at customer service. They clearly had ZERO desire to help me, but I wasn’t leaving until someone opened up a fitting room. I was told everyone was on break and that they couldn’t get a manager.
My mom worked the customer service desk at Walmart for years, so I understand how chaotic that job can be. But if you have zero interest in helping customers, maybe stocking shelves or working in the back would be a better fit. One of them was even wearing a pin that said “I’m allergic to stupid” or something like that. Well, I’m allergic to laziness and poor attitudes.
To the cashier who got bounced back and forth between me and the unfriendly customer service reps — thank you so much for your help! I’m sorry they put you in that position, but I really appreciate your kind spirit and willingness to help.

Definitely will not be back here , had an encounter with the guy at self checkout trying to tell my fiancé that wont be responsible for his face being blown up by a pop it. For one not his concern and 2 very rude and after that confrontation he decided to stand behind my fiance and breathe down his neck and stare at him. Do better Walmart.

The rotisserie chicken I got from the crystal lake location was so salty I had to throw it out. Took skin off tried to save any of it but it was all overloaded with salt. I have never experienced this before but the one I got today was not edible.

Normally I have.no problems at this walmart. Customer service is generally great. However I was in there onthursday at 9am. I did self checkout and had a cart full. I was half way thru order when your employee came up to me and said..you didn't scan that pointing to my to. I said I know. I'm not thru yet. How embarrassing and what nerve. Wait until I'm thru with all items. What nerve. I doubt I will frequent your store again. This was definitely uncalled for.
