I had an appointment today to get my flu shot/covid booster at 2pm. I had to leave during work and I arrived 10 minutes early. The woman at the counter checked me in and told me to have a seat. I had to ask her a couple times how long the wait would be and she said "Half an hour at least". I know pharmacies can get very busy especially when short-staffed but it's poor customer service to not have the courtesy to let someone know that there's going to be a long wait when they arrive for a scheduled appointment. :(

Went there for a Covid 19 booster Friday 10/21; had an appointment and had filled out all the paperwork ahead of time. After waiting a half hour and watching others get their vaccines I politely asked when my shot would be given The pharmacist snapped at me that "I am busy as you can see, and I will get to you when I get to you!" Waited another half hour and she said "ok ready for your flu shot!?" I said "no, it's my Covid booster, I told you that and I filled out the paperwork!" No apology, just shrugged her shoulders. Just disgusted, will not go back.

This Walgreens is good for your day to day needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest issue is the pharmacy has limited hours. 9am is the open time ... and close time varies. Difficult for anyone who works or going to school. You should expand the hours a bit in my opinion.

I came in here tonight and John assisted in helping me find the items I needed. He was very kind, hospitable, and had great customer service skills. I really appreciate that especially considering most employees at other drugstore locations do not really care about helping the customer. I definitely think he should be manager if he already isn't because this is how employees should act. Take it from me, someone who is in the hotel business. I really appreciated John and his kindness. I must say John is truly a rare gem and I will be returning to this Walgreens from now on. Highly impressed!

When you think drive thru, you think fast and convenient. That is NOT the case here. Even when no one is in line through the drive thru, you sit and wait. You wait to be acknowledged and you wait for someone to actually help. Ironically if you're a customer inside, you get helped pretty promptly. I sat at the window waiting for someone to even acknowledge me, but when you're inside, you step in line and you're called right up to the register. I waited damn near 20 mins to currently pick up some scripts. Absurd I know. I could've have gone in, picked up my scripts, and headed back home in those 20 mins. I was confined to the drive thru through- had a sleeping child in the car. This Walgreens also has absurd hours, especially the pharmacy.

I had an issue with some photos I accidentally ordered to a different Walgreens. The Crystal Lake store still helped me with my return. (I ordered multiple 5x7 pics of my Kids for Christmas and they printed with no heads). I love the photo department at this location. They will take back prints that don't turn out well. Thanks for the help and the tips for a better photo print. I am going to reorder tonight.
