After a very horrible experience at the store in Algonquin I tried the Crystal lake store. Was very happy with the person I spoke to & the plan we put in place. If everything works out after I set up the box for streaming & internet, I'll come back and give this 5 stars & more details. My mom is on a fixed income, have not had the best luck with calling Comcast to get the bill down so we went into a store, she pays more for 1 TV than I pay for 4 TVs plus I'm using internet for several laptops. Crossing my fingers the new setup works.

this was a smooth experience except they don't tell you how to set up your nextflix or apple tv+ but i liked the prices the service was fast and organized the store was clean. it took little to no time 15 minutes tops. they had ample wait space and room for privacy in conversations. He even put me on a list of follow up customers for iPhones.

The wife and I went in to upgrade my phone 2 weeks ago. I asked what deals they had going on at the moment. The person we got stuck with gave us 2 wrong promotions. Then when we finally figured out a good active promotion he told us the wrong monthly amount. He then tried to sell me the wrong color phone. I said no I want black. Not in stock at that store so it had to be shipped. After all that 2 days later my new phone came. I open the box and....it's the wrong color. I call customer service and was told wrong information. Spent 2 hrs transferring my old phone to new which was not needed. The wife and I drive 20 minutes again to the store. The gentleman that helped us this was better but not much we were told they could only get me a new phone not sorry or here is a discount. Just a "You might have to pay more" After all I had to go through so far. Really? So now it's been 5 days and no tracking for the new phone. My wife or I will have to take time off work to sign for it which is money out of our pocket. Then once the new one comes in I'll have to re transfer everything again. (Thanks customer service) This was a simple upgrade and at every turn the Crystal Lake Store has made it more difficult. Basically told I know we messed up but this is all on you. Horrible experience.

I visited to have my service changed. I made an appointment, but it wasn't very busy. I was pleased with the attention I received and the help in finding a bundle that saved me money.
