I have no idea why they do that they charged me a different amount without even letting me know and then I have no idea where why I'm having to pay $200 for this bill when I went into it it should have been okay if they raised it 80 something dollars and when I went there to pay my bill and because the computer system was down I could not pay online I had to go so I go to pay my bill they tell me it's higher than the 65 that was nobody informed me and then I went to pay the bill and it says I owe

Went in for some new phones, every interaction we had was wonderful . No pushy sales tactics, just helpful, kind and professional people! So happy with our choice to switch to xfinity mobile. Got a great deal for our phone plan and great trade in deal as well. Excellent customer service.

Waiting almost an hour in line just to exchange internet equipment. Why can’t the person at the front desk exchange my equipment for me instead of sending me to the waiting line? I saw him handing out equipment to numerous other people at the front desk. Very disappointed in my experience.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I CANNOT believe the time I wasted I the phone trying yo get my service to work properly. NOT ONE person was able to fix it. I ended up fixing it myself. I spent 10 HOURS on the phone being switched from one department to another. Hung up on after they claimed they 'had a team looking into it'. WTAH is the issue with companies today. Will definitely look to switch my provider after this. I pay a good amount of money for decent service and quality, this was just not it.

Xfinity said my phone was not repairable after less than five minutes! Said a replacement would be about $900.00 ????? Ten minutes later, at Asurion the Tech took less time to make repairs and have me out the door. The Asurion tech also refused to accept any payment at all due to it being such a minor issue!!!

Went to find out about a problem with our internet bill increase. A young lady named Ashley helped us. She was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us get the right type internet service that worked better for our household and saved us money because we also have Xfinity phone service on our phones. I hope the rest of her team is as knowledgeable as she is. AAA+ for this young lady.

Service is HORRIBLE!! As senior citizens there is no seating that is aimed for older oeople and yet over half of the customers waiting were well over 70. Xfinity is not on the list of senior friendly companies. We waited an hour to see a perdor for 60 seconds to shut off service. The person at the front took the modem and it doesn't make sense to make the the elderly wait that long. We need to boycott this business if we are over 60. Shame on you Xfinity.

Went to return a router but had to wait a bit, I wasn't signed up for the app. After registering my new self purchased router I ended up getting a great discount on my internet plus some extra for doing paperless billing. Technically I got the bill in the mail before but always had autopay. My only fear is that I won't see my discount next month but I'll keep an eye out. I only had about a 15 min wait while I got to charge my phone.no complaints !
