“The staff were very nice, the actual work that was done looked great.Just didn't like being misled as to the extent of repairs, only to be treated like I was being dishonest..I have never been in any prior accidents in this vehicle,and had no knowledge of the tail gate ever being off of my truck.. Evidently I was lied to by Clement Dodge Ram in Columbia, Illinois when I purchased the truck.I will say thanks for the touch up paint, because wether you believe it or not ,the ding on the front of the passenger side rear door,was part of the damage that was part of the claim.. Also would have noticed it if they had buffed out the door.I touched it up myself instead of debating it.Next time I will y Shure to have everything in writing before committing to repairs.. Just seemed more worried about maxing out the charges to insurance company, but doing minnimul work, for it... Like I said before though,the actual work done looked great, just didn't like renegotiating what was actually going to get done, until I had already committed to car rental ,and dropped my truck off... That's when everything changed...No longer willing to do other repairs that was verbally agreed to... Wasn't going to give a review, because I am not one for negative remarks, but five days in a row with these damn survey requests...... Enough Already....”

I don't remember their names but there were 2 women in the auto care center today around 11am also providing me with outstanding customer service. “I'd bought a used rim for my vehicle at a different used parts place. They sold me the wrong. It didn't have the right bolt hole pattern. Well I called and asked him about it they asked if I was sure if I knew what I was talking about. Back to Brock's. The guy that waited on me which was the owner showed me the difference of the 2 bolt hole pattern of the 2 rims. I thought it was very nice. Made me feel like I was a person and not like a female that didn't know what she was talking about like the first place did. I would recommend this place for any of your needs.”
