There is sometimes a wait but only b/c they are busy constantly answering the phone & looking up parts or pulling parts from inventory in store...very efficient never the less.

10/10 experience today (and every visit) with Kayla and the two gentleman who helped us. They tested our battery twice today, inspected under hood, inside AND outside of our Jeep. Kayla and the two guys were so helpful and easy to talk to as someone who had no idea what could be wrong with my poor Jeep. To make sure they gave us the most accurate diagnosis they went above and beyond from what I thought would be just a simple battery test, it turned into a really nice convo with them and I will 100% come back and replace my battery with them because I felt reassured and felt like I was talking to three people who knew what they were talking about, that’s some good employees right there. Thank you guys so much for once again reminding me why I love coming into this location!

Management got rid of a great employee and I'm deeply disappointed. I have been driving a semi for auto zone for close to a year and even with my 30% discount there, I come to advance to by ALL of my products simply for the employees and customer service and comradery that had been established through the 8+ years of me shopping there. Your recent employees customer service skills and knowledge have been wasted by your decision. I personally think you should reconsider, until I see that old chevy in the parking lot I will shop elsewhere. I am tired of you guys throwing away great employees.

These guys are legit, always helpful and knowledgeable. Today I went in to have a battery replaced, turned out it was a weird one where you need to pull off the wheel, they got me all taken care of even though it was a big ask. Jojo and Tay did me right.

went to get 3 items. fan clutch tool, and two brake lines. rented the tool, and handed the lady the existing brake line telling her, i need one exactly like this, one about 2 feet long, and another about 3 feet long. she goes in the back, and gets them, so i pay and leave. get home, and go to use the tool, it broke, go back again to get a non broken one, get back home again, and find out that the brake lines are wrong (totally wrong fittings), and the fan clutch tool wont fit a ford. back again, let her know im not happy about making 2 un-needed trips, so she looks again and tries to sell me brake lines that are twice the price. asked her, didnt' you check the fittings (no was her answer). I also asked her if they check the tools when they are returned, she said yes, well obviously NOT, since the one she rented me was broke and un-usable. asked to be compensated for fuel, since it's expensive these days, she nodded her head and said no. got a refund, and went to o'relies down the street, who gave me the brake lines correctly the first time, he checked the thread pitch as well as the flare type. i have spent thousands at advance auto, but due to their terrible customer service, i will be shopping elsewhere from now on. tried calling their customer support line, and on the website says they are open to 9:30 pm m-f, but when they answered, i was told 6 pm.response to the reply: they did NOT address my concern with the parts I received, only put a form letter, they did NOT address my concerns with the fact it says one time on the website, but when you call to complain, they say another time.i believe it's time to spend my money elsewhere, with a company who values my business and takes the time, to get the parts correct the first time.
