I was very nervous about putting personal information onto the website. But I was happy with the results of renting a locker from storage Depot. Tamra happen to be on site on my first visit she reassured me of the security of the website and made me feel very comfortable with renting at this facility.

The unit itself was fine, and the staff that I met on location we're passionate about their job and helpful. However there are three different locations and only one address and it wasted more than an hour of my time trying to find my unit. This is unacceptable

The unit I was initially assigned to had a stuck lock on the door. However, the customer responded to my email very rapidly and was very friendly and helpful, and assigned me to a new unit in no time.
