Late every single time we've ordered propane from them. No explanation, no communication,no apology. They just show up whenever they get to it. Why even tell me when you're coming if you're going to lie about it? If you have another choice, this is not the place to choose.

Phyllis will lie straight to you, said I would have LP delivered in 24 hours TWICE and TWICE it never came, it was negative-8 degrees and no heat
